In general, this technique is safest for lesions less than 4 cm. Importantly, we don’t use this technique in lesions that are located in awkward or difficult positions, as it is important to have view and control oft the distal exposed tip of the snare. In those situations it’s better to use ceramic tip knives.

These are the settings I usually use for ESD-EMR hybrid, including for incision:

Endocut Q, effect 2, duration 3, interval 3

Great technique! The next step could be Hybrid-ESD+ with the additional working channel (AWC) for more control during the last resection step.
